TERMS & CONDITION: 

- It is highly recommended that all tour members are advised to purchase Travel Insurance on Accident, Baggage and General Liability to protect their travel plan.

- While every care is taken in making the arrangement, Golden Blossom Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. (KPKLN4797) or any person assisting or collaborating with arrangements are NOT responsible for any delay, loss, sickness injury, weather, strike, loss of property or any other irregularities. The Ground Operator reserves the rights to cancel or change any part of the itineraries in the event that it becomes necessary, advisable or ‘force majeure’.

- Any unused services on the packages offered are not entitled for any refund value or changeable to other places of interest, meals or on transfers.

CANCELLATION POLICY CHARGES:

On cancellation, the following charges shall apply.

- 7 days up to 3 days notice prior to tour date/time: 30% of the tour fare.

- Less than 48 hours’ notice prior to tour date/time: 50% of the tour fare.

- Less than 24 hours or NO SHOW, 100% of the tour fare shall apply.
