Good Morning, Welcome on Board the train to Ipoh!    

Travelling along the North South Expressway, you find to see the vast oil palm plantations which is one of the main export of palm oil for the world consumption.

Centrally located between Penang Island and Kuala Lumpur, getting into Perak State, Ipoh, the capital city of Perak was once the black gold mine in the country and home of James Bond girl and home of All England Champions. The architecture of the colonial buildings during the early days of the British Administration speaks of the presence of its colonial days.

Guided City Walk through Clock Tower, Town Hall, Old Town Café, Street Art, Old Post Offices, Old Colonial Buildings, Moorish Architecture Railway Station, FMS Building and proceed to the once famous Concubine Lane which had now housed with the many gift shops where you can pick up some little souvenirs and the local biscuits which are quite some varieties. Perak has all to offer, from its wonderful dishes such as the Ipoh chicken rice, Ipoh bean sprout etc., the state is also famous in its produce such as guavas, pomeloes, rambutans, durians (the king of fruits), mangoes, ground-nuts, rubber latex, palm oil, marble granite etc.
